Use at your own risk

You use the service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use or misuse of the service, including anything said, understood, agreed or decided during or after a call.

No professional advice

Interpreted content is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Interpreters pass on what is said between the people on the call; they do not advise you.

Accuracy

No interpretation can be guaranteed free of error, particularly for specialist terminology, strong regional accents or poor call audio.

High-stakes settings

For legal proceedings, medical diagnosis, safety-critical instructions or any setting where a mistranslation could cause serious harm, use a certified interpreter with the right specialist qualification.

Call quality and availability

Calls run over the internet. Dropped calls, poor audio and other problems caused by anything outside our own infrastructure, such as your device, your internet or mobile connection, the other person’s connection, or the networks in between, are not our responsibility, and those calls are not refunded.

A translator who speaks the language you need may not be free when you call. The service is not a substitute for emergency services and must not be used to contact them.

We update this disclaimer from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and it is your responsibility to check it.
